Magnificent Mini Medals

Remembrance Art Installation

Calling all knitters and crocheters, we are inviting people to be inspired by stories of courage, bravery and comradeship and help us create a mass display of magnificent mini medals inspired by the Museum's medal collection. The mass display of medals will be added to form an art installation around our aircraft in time for Remembrance in November. If you would like to take part you can find a medal pattern by clicking here, a crochet star pattern by clicking here, or a poppy pattern by clicking here.  You can find the crochet pattern by clicking here. Alternatively, you could use your own pattern. The deadline for submissions is the 1st November 2020.
