Spitfire Gifts of War
In 1940 communities, places, towns and companies gave £5,000 to buy a Spitfire to have their local name painted on the cowling. Tune in and join Paul Beaver as he reveals the story behind the Spitfire Fund and of the local people desperate to play their part in beating the Luftwaffe.
