Tripods at Twilight


The first of a new series of events tun by Threshold Aero, enabling access to museums at night to allow photography with tripods and subtle lighting.

This fantastic collection of aircraft will be available for photography, without the public present.

Five of the exhibits inside the museum with the museum lighting off and as much clutter removed as possible.

The external Beaver and Scout may also be lit to towards the end of the evening (weather dependant).

Timings: The museum will close to the public at 4:30PM so please ensure you are in the restaurant by then ready for a briefing, the aim is to be finished by 8:30PM.

XG502 Sycamore HR.14
XP821 Beaver AL.1
XP847 Scout AH.1
XZ675/H Lynx AH.7

If time permits other aircraft may be lit and, if the evening is a success, different aircraft will be lit at a return event.
