Flying the 'sports car' of the helicopter world in the withdrawal from Aden and South Arabia 1966/67 is the fourth and final AAC 60th anniversary talk at the Museum of Army Flying.

Given by Major Gen (retd) Robin Grist the lecture focuses on the organisation of the AAC in 1966 and operations in Aden and South Arabia 1966/67 under Greville Edgecombe.

During the operation, which was after Radfan Campaign, a then 25-26-year-old Robin was Second in Command of 8 Flight AAC as Lieutenant.

A curry supper is available from the The Museum of Flying's Apache Cafe team from 6pm (vegetarian meal also offered).
