27 May 10:00 am
– 4:30 pm
Model flying displays, new and historic aircraft, military vehicles, 1940s music and dancing, WW2 re-enactment groups and children’s entertainment will come together for a family fun day at the Army Flying Museum in Middle Wallop this Bank Holiday Monday (May 27).
For kids, and grown-ups if they wish, there will be a chance to get into action with Battlefield South’s laser tag arena, as well as a large bouncy castle, The Joystick Club, and an opportunity to see and take part in scientific experiment displays with Genie Lab Displays.
More attraction info will be published in due course.
Visitors on the day who gift aid their entry, at no extra cost, will be entitled to an annual pass to the newly refurbished Army Flying Museum.
Tickets for the day, which allow access to the Museum grounds as well as the Museum and airfield, cost £17.50 for adults and £12.50 for children, senior and students (children under five are free); family tickets are available for £42.50 (two adults, three children).
Museum annual pass holders, Friends of the Museum, military personnel (MOD 90 card holders), and Army Air Corps members and their immediate families can all come for £5 each (with relevant ID shown on entry).
Tickets will be available soon.
