Planning a visit

The Museum lends itself to educational visits in many ways. There are a variety of curriculum links that can be made, through history, science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), geography and more. We are particularly well placed to offer tours in connection with World War II study, both on the Home Front with our 1940s style house, and from a military history perspective, with our unique collection of wartime aircraft. Whatever your requirements, we are able to offer off-the-shelf workshops or we are happy to develop bespoke learning packages to suit your needs at no additional charge. We are now taking bookings for 2020.

School visits are £5.00 per pupil.

Supervising adults are free of charge.

There is no additional cost for workshops and activities run by the Education Officer.
