Online Sessions

Learning at the Army Flying Museum

We have some fantastic online sessions for schools this Autumn.  Join our Learning Officer to find out what it was like to be a pilot in the First World War - you can watch a short trailer below.  Listen to the stories of Glider pilots in the Second World War and explore flight science with the pilot of a Auster Mk 9 in his dangerous mission across the jungle.

For the very little ones  we have a fun introduction to the museum, looking at all the different types of aircraft on display.  They’ll even have a chance to see a flying car!

These sessions are available on Zoom and Microsoft Teams and are 1 hours in duration.  They are priced at just £30 per class and come with lots of images and follow up resources to keep your pupils busy in the classroom
